My favorite sandwich possibly ever

I love sandwiches. My whole family loves sandwiches. I've had many favorite sandwiches. And expect to have many more. But today, was maybe my favorite sandwich of all time, ever. Really.

It was....the perfect foccacia. Crisp and delicate on the outside, spongy and moist inside, slightly caramelized scallions baked on top. Roasted chicken breast, melted Hot Pepper Jack cheese, and GIANT chunks or juicy avocado and fresh artichoke hearts...add pesto. Unreal!
